Day 1 - The Bus Arrives

   A little before 9am, most of the Future Boy crew and James’ family were standing outside waiting for the arrival of the Future Boy bus. James, as usual, was still sleeping. The bus arrived in all of its orange glory and everyone waiting cheered.

Someone yelled up the stairs to James that the bus had arrived and as he looked out the window and spotted the bus for the first time he burst into a smile. He was obviously please with it.

James came outside to get a closer look at the bus and to take a quick tour of the vehicle that would be his home for the next 20 days…

After a quick tour of the bus, the gear was loaded into the trailer, suitcases and bags were brought aboard, goodbyes were said to friends and family and everyone got ready for the ride to Oxford. James claimed a bed and settled in for a little kip so he would be well rested for the first gig of the tour.
